House Sitting
Our philosophy is that house sitting is a mutually beneficial relationship where homeowners receive our high-quality services in exchange for accommodation in their home while we are caring for their property and animals. We are happy to sit for free.
Pet Sitting
We care for your animals as though they are our own. We have experience with dogs, cats, chickens and roosters, chicks, ducks, geese, goats, and fish. We are comfortable administering medication and have cared for elderly animals.
Integrity
Over the past 10 years we have cared for the homes, pets, and property of many families. These families consistently ask for us to return, and are thankful for the security and peace of mind that our presence provides.

Our 3 dogs acted as if we had only left for a few hours even though it was 8 days. They appeared to have gotten lots of love and attention so much that they were a little sad their new friends had left.
The house was clean and the garden was still green. They are always welcome back here as visitors, not just sitters. Highly recommend!"

"Amy & Jake came and stayed to look after our 2 15 year old cats for 2 weeks. They were great. It was such a pleasure to meet them both, they are lovely. The cats took to them both immediately, we had a night together before we went off on holiday. This meant I could enjoy my trip knowing my boys were going to be very well looked after and loved. My cats like companionship and are very cuddly once they get to know people. Our house was well looked after and it was so good to come back and see cats and Sitters all happy. They are a charming, respectful young couple who enjoy nature and walking and are also interested in the history and ecology of the countryside. They possessed an understanding of the concerns felt by homeowners when leaving their house and animals in the care of strangers and I left the house knowing that Sid and Muffin would have a great time.

"We have been so fortunate and honoured to have such a great couple as Amy and Jake to dog/house sit for us for 10 days. They are very kind, calm, caring and genuine couple. The communication has been great from beginning to end. We came home to very relaxed and happy dog and tidy house. There was a 'little' leaky ceiling incident whilst we were away and they handled that very professionally with contacting the insurance company and waiting for the plumber to come out and see him cut two holes in the ceiling to investigate. We were kept in the loop whilst this was going on. Nothing seems to face Amy and Jake. We came home after midnight and Jake was up and made us nice cup tea and we had a quick catch up. We would love to see them back if they are ever back in the UK and we will wholeheartedly recommend this lovely and self sufficient couple. We wish them all the best for the future!"

"Amy and Jake Bonnett house sat for us for six weeks in the spring of 2017. They were great! They were responsible, caring, and kept in touch just enough to keep us confident but not so much as to be annoying.
They took care of our small egg business, feeding and caring for the poultry, and selling the eggs. Customers who met them reported back positively to us after our return.
They did more than we had asked of them: our house sit involved caring for an older dog with health issues, which got potentially more serious just before we left. They took her to the vet, kept up on her medications, and treated her as if she were their own.
We would confidently recommend Jake and Amy to house sit under any circumstances. You would definitely not regret it."
